Mischief charge
On Oct. 5 at about 3:30am, Wellington County OPP received a report that a door to gain access to an apartment on St. Andrew St. W., was damaged by a male.
Police say officers attended the scene, located the male involved and transported him to a local detachment.
Daniel Petrie, 26, of Fergus, was charged with mischief under $5,000. He is to appear in Guelph court on Nov. 14.
