Minto teen struck and killed by tractor trailer
Police have identified the young woman struck and killed by a tractor trailer here on Thursday.
On Jan. 7 at about 5pm, first responders were called to a serious collision on Wellington Road 6 near the 6th Line in Minto, north of Teviotdale.
Olivia Sinclair, 18, of Minto, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the tractor trailer was not injured.
