Metal theft
On April 27 at about 3pm Wellington County OPP responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle at an address near Margaret Street North and William Street West in Harriston.
Police attended and located two men in a white Ford pickup and trailer.
Police say the men were loading scrap metal into their pickup truck and trailer that was owned by a different male party.
Ronald McCannell, 58, and Joseph Yorke, 48, of Southgate have been charged with theft under $5,000 and will appear in Guelph court on June 2.
