Marsville Lions Club breakfast cancelled until future notice
MARSVILLE – The Marsville Lions Club is cancelling its Last Saturday Breakfast that was scheduled at Marsville Hall later this month.
“Due to the rising incidence of illnesses being reported and the recommendations of the public health, we feel that returning to breakfast at this time is premature,” organizers state.
“Our breakfast has many people in a small space, and we feel responsible for the health of all our patrons and our members.”
Officials say they are sorry for the disappointment, and will keep patrons posted on when they are able to resume the breakfast in the future. “We wish you Health and Happiness in 2023,” they state.
