I have reduced my contributions to the Wellington-Advertiser
because, even though my letters are published, the response
from the public is most apathetic. In other words, who gives a damn.
Our Premier jammed us with a small 5.6% hydro increase this week—–a nice touch and it’s retro-active. Imagine going to Zehrs, buying your victuals and then a couple of months’
later being asked to pay a new liberal balance that the vendor has unilaterally decided to charge !! New autocratic
government procedure !
The public and the public employees should start to care about these stupid hydro increases because they will impact
their retirement and their style of life……..more increases have been promised by Kathleen. Ontario has the highest hydro rates in Canada.
As I conclude, natural gas rates are at the lowest levels
in 20 years. Kathleen has done nothing to bring gas to much of Puslinch. Mayor Lever has done nothing as well.
Councillors run around telling us of bypasses for 25 years…..Wake up girls and boys !! Bring us cheap energy to heat our houses.
