Dear Wellington Advertiser,
I thought perhaps I missed an issue of the Wellington Advertiser last week, but no, the issue for August 8, 2014 arrived and I quickly began looking for photos or articles about the Fergus Truck Show and thought, oh well, it’ll be in next week. Then the August 15 issue arrived and it had front page photos and an article about the Highland Games.
Was there a reason that you thought nobody would be interested in the Truck Show? Considering all the revenue that it generates for the service clubs in Centre Wellington, there should have been a couple of stories and/or photos. How disappointing that you chose to ignore this event.
