Dear Editors;
Mr. Leybourne’s letter regarding the need for bottled water is most correct. People walking around with bottled water are using it as a “security blanket.” It amazes me to see people carrying empty water bottles—to refill with tap water for later use ? Not to worry though; Ms. Wynne is about to look into the “uses of bottled water.”
