Learn to protect your property at workshop

The Erin Residents’ Association is hosting a SafeGuard Ontario property security program  on April 3 in response to the break and enters, vandalism and other crimes that have happened in Erin since the summer of 2017.

The free workshop will be held at Centre 2000 from 6:30 to 9pm.  OPP Constable Josh Cunningham and OPP Auxiliary Staff Sergeant Brad Hull will present the SafeGuard Ontario Property Security Program.

Learn crime prevention techniques to lock criminals out of the home and property. Discover how to reduce crime and vandalism in the community. Recognize the basic principles of crime prevention through environmental design (CPTED) with a primary focus on target hardening techniques to help reduce or prevent re-victimization of property crimes.
