Investigation update
City police have provided an update in their investigation into the death of Guelph’s Cody Thompson.
The 24-year-old was last seen on April 1 and reported missing four days later. His remains were found in the Eramosa River in Guelph on May 21.
“The lengthy investigation has determined that there is no criminal suspicion surrounding his death,” Guelph police stated in a Dec. 16 press release.
