Head-on crash on Hanlon
On Sept. 12 at about 9:45am emergency crews responded to a head-on collision involving two vehicles on the Hanlon Expressway near Laird Road here.
Police say a 2012 GMC cube van travelling northbound lost control and entered the grass centre median before crossing into the southbound lanes where it collided head-on with a 2014 Honda Civic.
Both drivers were transported to a local hospital by ambulance with undisclosed injuries.
Ngongo Kibonge, 39, of Brampton, was charged with careless driving.
