Flower power for Culture Days in Elora
Mayor Kelly Linton will be kicking off the Elora Centre for the Arts Culture Days activity on Saturday, Oct.1 at 9:15 am at the Elora Farmers Market.
The Arts Centre will have a booth and a canvas where visitors will be invited to paint van Gogh style sunflowers anytime between 9:30am and 1pm.
The mural will be exhibited in the Centre following the Culture Days event.
The mayor participation in this arts centre event is not only a chance to see the myor’s artistic talents in action, but also an opportunity to talk to centre board members and staff about new fall arts programming and other special events at the Elora Centre for the Arts.
Information on the Twilight Zoo, an inside installation this year, will also be available.
