Fergus Royal LePage Royal City Realty takes part in Garage Sale for Shelter

On May 13, Royal LePage Royal City Realty in Fergus joins Royal LePage offices across Canada, as it transforms into an oasis for bargain hunters for the 9thAnnual National Garage Sale for Shelter in support of the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation.

The sale is from 7am to 1pm at the Royal LePage Royal City Realty building in the  Fergus Zehrs Plaza.

Centre Wellington Mayor Kelly Linton is anticipated to  visit the sale at 9am.

This annual event brings local residents together and realtors to raise the funds and awareness to help break the cycle of family violence.

All funds raised will support Guelph-Wellington Women in Crisis Rural Women’s Support Program.

Since 2009, the Royal LePage National Garage Sale for Shelter has raised $2.5 million dollars, one quarter and loonie at a time.

The community is encouraged to take part by donating gently used items to the  Tower Street office and to help spread the word.
