Fergus Lions Club holding roadside cleanup Oct. 3
The Fergus Lions Club, in association with the Maranatha Christian School is undertaking a roadside cleanup along Highway 6 on Oct. 3.
The cleanup from 8am to 11am will include both the northbound and southbound shoulders of Highway 6 from McQueen Street to the 4th Line south of Fergus.
Students and staff, Lions members and parent volunteers ask motorists to slow down and be watchful of those working to clean up the litter on the roadway.
