Erin named in Top 50 list

FlightNetwork, a Canadian-based online travel company, has named Erin on its list of top 50 small towns.

The company has compiled the list of towns that would be “great” destination options “for a family, couple or even a group of friends.”

The list names small towns from all 13 provinces and territories. Erin is included as one of the seven small towns listed from Ontario.

The other Ontario towns include Bracebridge, Cochrane, Paris, Port Hope, Smith Falls and Tobermory.

Erin is described as “a small, friendly town that invites every visitor to stay and play as long as they please. The town offers family-friendly events in all seasons, and the local parks and trails remain popular draws whether visitors are hiking, biking, snowshoeing or cross-country skiing.”
