Erin man dies from injuries sustained in crash
An Erin man has died several days after sustaining serious injuries in a crash here early last week.
Emergency crews were called to a single-vehicle collision at the intersection of Sideroad 10 and 4th Line on Aug. 7 at about 5pm.
Four days later the OPP announced that Garrett Hurgett, 22, of Erin, died from injuries sustained in the accident.
Wellington County OPP, with the assistance of West Region OPP Technical Collision Investigators, are continuing with the investigation and ask any witnesses to contact Provincial Constable Kelly Krpan at 1-888-310-1122.
