Community gathers to honour veterans in Salem

SALEM - A large crowd gathered in Veteran’s Park in Salem on Nov. 11 to honour those who served the country in the military and those who have died in the line of duty. The Last Post and The Rouse were played by Comrade Taresa Fawcett from Elora Legion Branch 229. The honour guard was made up of cadets from 492 Lorne Scots based in Fergus.
