Fergus para swimmer breaks provincial record at Canadian Swimming Championships
FERGUS - Fergus high school student and para swimmer Austin Nelissen broke a personal best and provincial record, securing a first-place finish in the 400-metre freestyle race at the Canadian Swimming Championships in Quebec in August.
