Car falls off jacks, man dies
A local man is dead after being crushed by a vehicle that he was working on last week.
On June 17 at about 11:35am, Wellington County OPP officers received a call to attend a residence on Concession 4 in Puslinch Township for a non-traffic related accident.
Puslinch Fire and Rescue Services and Guelph/Wellin-gton Emergency Services also attended the scene.
Police say a male resident of the property had his vehicle up on jacks when it fell, trapping him underneath.
Steven Auliffe, 48, of Puslinch, was pronounced dead at the scene.
