Businesses invited to take part in home and lifestyle show at Centre 2000 this spring

The Erin Spring Home and Lifestyle Show is once again inviting businesses to register for the ninth annual event.

“The Home and Lifestyle Show hits the perfect notes for small businesses looking to expose their products and services,” said co-ordinator Mary Shields.

“It provides a great opportunity for exhibitors to raise their profile in the community.”

The non-profit event is run by volunteers and East Wellington Chamber of Commerce officials say they are proud to host the show for the first time.

“The Chamber has been watching the success of the show for some time and when the opportunity came to host the show this year, we were absolutely delighted,” Shields added.

“The show is a big benefit to businesses without a physical location – and also for businesses outside town,” says David Netherton, chamber board chair and also a show organizer.

The one-day format and affordable cost make it especially attractive to smaller businesses without large promotion budgets, officials say.

The show takes place April 27 at the Centre 2000 Arena, located at 14 Boland Drive in the village of Erin.

Booths cost $105 or $125, depending on electricity requirements and include a table and two chairs.

Registration forms can be downloaded from www.ewcc.ca (click on the “News and events” tab), or picked up at the Town of Erin office, 5684 Trafalgar Road, south of Hillsburgh.
