Break in, theft

Police are seeking the public’s help to solve a break-in and theft here last weekend.

Wellington County OPP officers investigated a break and enter to a business on 4th Line in Mapleton Township that occurred between Sept. 12 at 10am and  Sept. 13 at 6:30pm.

Police say someone gained entry and stole a 2014 dark blue Odes ATV 800 CC, Dewalt cordless 18-volt drill, two Dewalt batteries for the drill, a Dewalt cordless hammer drill, a Powerfist heavy duty booster cables, an LED lightbar and a small amount of money.

Anyone with information regarding this incident can contact the Wellington County OPP at 1-888-310-1122. To remain anonymous, call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS) or submit a tip on-line at www.csgw.tips. Tip providers may be eligible for a reward of up to $2,000.
