Police are investigating a break-in on Sept. 7 between 9:30am and 2:25pm at a residence on the 10th Line here.

Wellington County OPP officials say the homeowner returned home at about 2:25pm and noticed the rear patio door was open.

“It was evident that the kitchen, living room, three bedrooms, basement and detached garage had been ransacked by unknown suspect(s),” police stated in a press release.

The following items were stolen: cash, a 55-inch  Samsung TV, computer, iPad, pearls, ruby earrings and several watches.
