GUELPH – A man arrested earlier this month for exposing himself and attempting to urinate on strangers was arrested again last weekend.
Shortly after 10pm on May 16, Guelph Police received several calls about “a man approaching people downtown, trying to urinate on them and trying to grab women while touching himself.”
Police say no one was injured.
A 26-year-old Guelph man was arrested and charged with committing an indecent act and mischief. He was later released on the condition that he not be in downtown Guelph between 6pm and 6am.
At about 12:15am on May 24 “a witness familiar with the man called to report he was sitting on a planter at Wyndham Street North and Macdonell Street,” police stated in a press release.
He was arrested and charged with failing to comply with an undertaking. He is to appear in court June 27.
