Paula Dunn has been appointed to the position of superintendent of human resources for the Wellington Catholic District School Board.

Throughout her 25 years in school board human resources management, Dunn has developed positive relationships with various partners in education and has served on numerous provincial committees in the education sector.
Under her leadership, the Brant Haldimand Norfolk Catholic District School Board was awarded a provincial Safety Leadership award for small boards, recognizing an exemplary safety record for 3 consecutive years.
“It is an honour to be joining the senior administrative team of the Wellington Catholic District School Board in the role of superintendent of human resources,” she said. “I am looking forward to continuing the implementation of leading human resources practices that contribute to the existing positive relationships with staff and support the success and well-being of all employees and students.”
Dunn holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University and is a certified human resources leader with the Human Resources Professionals Association.
Dunn and her husband, Tony, are the proud parents of four children; Mitchell, Alyssa, Joshua and Julia. She is an active parent volunteer serving on the executive of the home and school association for many years as well as school council.
