Walking Toward Common Ground
Toward Common Ground is local project funded by the Ontario Trillium Foundation that brings together 12 social and health organizations in Guelph and Wellington County.
The project is taking action to support five collaborative initiatives to strengthen their impact by working more intentionally and strategically together to understand and address poverty, substance use and addictions, housing and homelessness, and the needs of children, youth, families and new immigrants living in the community.
The project will kick off on June 26 at Frank Hasenfratz Centre, Guelph. Doors open at 8:30am. The program will run from 9 to 11am
