The Friendly Chef to host chef Michael Smith

The village of Erin is about to get another tall chef.

Chef Pam Fanjoy, a.k.a. “The Friendly Chef,” is excited to host friend and celebrity chef Michael Smith to the village of Erin on Feb. 20.

These two tall chefs have an afternoon of culinary entertainment planned. Join chef Michael Smith for an exclusive book signing of his new cookbook Make Ahead Meals, followed by a sampling of the book’s delicious appetizers and an intimate “chef  chat” with chef Michael and chef Pam.

“The community of Erin has an exciting foodie network and I know we’re all excited for the opportunity to meet and greet with one of Canada’s best chefs and supporters of fresh local food, chef Michael Smith,” said Fanjoy.

The event will be held on Feb. 20 from 1 to 3pm at The Friendly Chef Adventures and Centre 2000 theatre.

Admission includes an autographed copy of chef Michael Smith’s Make Ahead Meals, hors d’oeuvres, and exclusive chef chat and audience Q&A.
