Take the Stress out of IBS

Take the Stress out of Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) program is being offered this fall to help adults decrease symptoms of IBS.

Diet and stress are the two greatest triggers of IBS and altered gastrointestinal function. This program is provided by Kathy Somers of the Stress Management and High Performance Clinic and Lindzie O’Reilly, the dietitian at Student Health Services at the University of Guelph (UoG).

The four-session program starts Oct. 20 from 7 to 8pm, at the UoG. The program fee is $10 for UoG students and $40 for non-students.
