Take a bath in the forest

ELORA – Learn about connecting with the serene beauty of nature at the Forest Bathing Tree Talk, taking place on March 21 at 7:30pm  at the Elora Centre for the Arts.

This event invites attendees to delve into the restorative practice of forest bathing, led by forest therapy guide Chris Doran. 

Discover the benefits of grounding oneself amidst the tranquility of trees and unlock the secrets to a revitalized mind, body, and spirit.

In addition to the Tree Talk, join Doran for Forest Bathing Tree Walks on March 21, June 22, and Sept. 22, from 1 to 4pm. 

Doranwill “lead you on a journey through nature’s embrace, allowing you to connect with the natural world and find inner peace amid Ontario’s breathtaking landscape,” officials state.
