GUELPH – On Nov. 23 at about 12am, a Wellington County OPP officer was monitoring traffic on the Hanlon Expressway.
Police say the officer saw a vehicle travelling more than 100km/h over the posted speed limit.
A 20-year-old driver from Toronto was charged with speeding and performing a stunt (excessive speed) and is to appear in Guelph court at a later date.
