Seventy artists to descend on Elora on May long weekend for some fresh air, painting

ELORA – Organizers of the Elora Plein Air Festival are bracing themselves for the arrival of artists from across Canada and the U.S.

The four-day event kicks off on May 18, and runs until May 21, culminating in the Show and Sale of the completed works.

You may see artists painting in a sou’wester in the rain or perched precariously on a river’s edge or painting a Nocturne in the middle of the night.

Check out the quick paint event in Fergus on Saturday morning.

Find ‘the piece you love’ at the Show and Sale open to the public at the Elora Centre for the Arts on May 21 from noon to 5pm.
