Save Our Water bus trip
On May 4, the Save Our Water group from Centre Wellington will join Wellington Water Watchers on a trip to downtown Toronto to deliver thousands of signatures asking for protection for water.
The bus leaves in front of the post office in Elora at 9:50am and will return around 3pm that afternoon.
Organizers say they want to let politicians know the seriousness of the issue as the province heads into an election. Organizers ask those planning to attend to RSVP (to info@saveourwater.ca by April 30), pack a lunch, dress for the weather and wear comfortable shoes.
