Saugeen Connects extends deadline for Student Start-Up Program to May 13

NEUSTADT – The  Saugeen Connects Partnership is extending the deadline for applications to the Saugeen Student Start-Up Program (SSUP) until May 13.

The partnership, consisting of Brockton, Hanover, Minto, Wellington North and West Grey, along with the Saugeen Economic Development Corporation (SEDC), originally launched the Saugeen Student Start-Up Program (SSUP) in 2019.

The program is open to student entrepreneurs in Grades 6-12 from throughout the region.

New deadline

The original application deadline of May 6 was recently extended. Applications must be in no later than 12pm on May 13.

Any youth with a summer business idea, or business or organization who would like to sponsor a student should visit saugeenconnects.com/youth or email info@saugeenconnects.com.
