Williamson, Robert of Pike Lake – passed away at Palmerston and District Hospital on Thursday, September 27, 2012 in his 90th year. Robert was the husband of the late Violet (Free) Williamson. Father of Lorna Williamson of Pike Lake, and Mary Davies of Fergus and father-in-law of Linda Williamson of Waterloo. Remembered by his grandchildren Tom and Ada Williamson of Kitchener, Michelle Greenfield-Brouwers and Steve Brouwers of Mount Forest, John and Jill Williamson of Kitchener, Beverley Williamson-Miehm of Kitchener, and Leroy and Samantha Davies of Fergus; and by his great-grandchildren Michaela Greenfield, Caleb Greenfield, Lucas Williamson, Logan Williamson, Ava Brouwers, Cayden Brouwers and Sky Brouwers. Brother of Don and Audrey Williamson of Oro Station. Predeceased by his son Robert Williamson Jr., by his brothers Carl Williamson and Lloyd Williamson, by his half-brother, Tom and by his half-sisters Alberta, Velma and Ila. A family graveside service was held at Palmerston Cemetery. Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated and may be made through the Hardy-Lee Funeral Home, Harriston.
