Hunt, Jean Emily (nee Taylor); Peacefully with her family at her side at Headwaters Health Care Centre, Orangeville on Friday, June 1, 2012 in her 82nd year; beloved wife of the late Ross Hunt (2002); dear mother of Debbie White (Brent), Don (Nancy), Brenda Good (Bob) and Karen Hunt; cherished Nanny of Tammy (Kevin), Steven (Bonnie), Shauna, Nicole (Christian), Jason (Tara), Chris, Katie, Dan, Amanda, Josh, Meg, and John; Great nanny of Ashleigh, Hayleigh, Madison, and Rylee; loving sister of Mina, Marg (Denny) and Fred (Glenna); predeceased by her brothers Bert, Billy, Alex, Russ and her sister Ruth. Jean will be greatly missed by other relatives and friends. A Celebration of Jean’s life will be held at the Dods & McNair Funeral Home & Chapel, 21 First St., Orangeville (519-941-1392) on Saturday, June 9th, 2012 at 12pm with visitation two hours prior to service time. Interment to follow reception at Morningside Cemetery, Palgrave. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the St. Mark’s Anglican Church would be appreciated by the family. Special thank you to Dr. Mauro, Nursing staff in F-wing & Oncology Department, and to Gloria for the care and respect that you all have shown our mother and Nanny. A tree will be planted in memory of Jean in the Dods & McNair Memorial Forest at the Island Lake Conservation Area, Orangeville.
