WWII Veteran Passed away at Wellington Terrace, Fergus, on January 1, 2022, in his 108th year. Beloved husband of the late Olive (Bonnie) nee Fowler (1998). Father of Edward (Ted) and his wife Pat. Step father of Douglas Draycott, the late Gerald Draycott (2013), the late Clara Anne Brooks (2002) and her husband the late Kenneth Brooks (1989). Survived by his sister Olive Rule and sister in law Helen Fowler. Cecil will be missed by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, and extended family. The family would like to thank the staff at Eden House, Guelph and Wellington Terrace, Fergus for the exceptional care and support to Cecil while a Resident. As per Cecil’s wishes cremation has taken place. A private family service will be held at a later date with interment at Hutcheson Memorial Cemetery, Huntsville. Donations to a charity of choice.
