Winter Carnival – The Grove Hub Youth Wellness Centre - Palmerston and Minto Youth Action Council (MYAC) hosted an outdoor winter carnival for local young people at Palmerston Lions Park on Jan. 23. The evening included outdoor games, such as bean bag target toss. Free hot chocolate, candy canes and cupcakes were provided and winners of various games were awarded prizes.
