Dear Editor:
The December blood donor clinic was well attended and we again succeeded in going over our quota of units of blood collected, with a final total of 101 units.
As one unit can be used in three applications, just think how grateful 303 patients and their families must have felt over the Christmas holidays.
Thank you to you all that attended the clinic. A special thanks to Ted Ecclestone, who brought out his staff at E.F.S. Also to those of you that brought out a new donor.
Wishing you all the very best in 2019 and please keep rolling up your sleeve. The next clinic is Jan. 29 from 2:30 to 7:30pm at the Fergus sportsplex on Belsyde Ave.
