Fireworks, food trucks, and fairgrounds

DRAYTON – A fun-filled day with lots to do for individuals of all ages is planned for Canada Day this year. 

The July 1 event will feature bounce castles, food trucks, Chuckle’s balloons, face painting, and a fireworks celebration at the end of the day. 

The activities take place at the Drayton Fairgrounds at 49 Elm Street from 4 to 7pm. 

The Moore Band will perform at 7pm followed by fireworks at 10pm. 

The Palmerston and Maitland Traditional Scouting food booth will be open from 4 to 10pm.
