County seeking community member for accessibility advisory committee

WELLINGTON COUNTY - The County of Wellington is seeking a community member to join the accessibility advisory committee.

The community member must be actively involved with organizations for people with disabilities, be a caregiver for people with disabilities, or a person living with a disability as defined by the Ontario Human Rights Code.

The committee meets four times per year and members will be compensated for mileage and per diem.

Applicants must reside in the County of Wellington and be over 18 years of age. As per the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, a majority of the committee members will include people with disabilities.
