Central Pentecostal Church held huge Easter Egg Hunt
Huge hunt – Central Pentecostal Church, between Elora and Fergus on Colborne Street, held an Easter Egg Hunt for kids on April 8 and hundreds of children showed up. Children collected plastic eggs in a field and handed them in for a bag of candy and prizes. There were also inflatables, face painting, cotton candy and horse rides, all free of charge. Pastor Curtis Moore said this is the first time the church has hosted such an event, but based on the great turnout and happy faces, it won’t be the last. Here Joan Rogers, left, applies face makeup to four-year-old Emily Maxwell at the event. Photos by Joanne Shuttleworth
