ELORA – The Elora Cataract Trailway Association (ECTA) will be supplying and mounting free bicycle bells for local bikes during the Victoria Day weekend “to encourage cyclists to make pedestrians aware of their approach,” stated a release submitted to the Advertiser.
The ECTA will be at three locations along the trail:
– the trailway parking lot in Hillsburgh;
– the parking lot along Beatty Line in Fergus; and
– the trailhead across from Forfar Park in Fergus.
The Bike Bell Event will run on May 21 from 11am to 1:30pm, with a rain date of May 28.
