Alpacas in village as part of Fibre Day at Elora Farmers”™ Market

Come on out and meet lovely and gentle Alpacas from Harmony Meadows Alpaca.

As part of Fibre Day the market celebrates its vendors that bring to market beautiful and useful items handmade from the wool and fibre of animals such as alpacas, goats and sheep.

Meet the artisans who create the goods and met the people who raise the animals that give their fibre.

In addition, the folk group Callisto will be on hand to perform their beautiful harmonies.

The Elora Farmers’ Market is bursting with growers and producers of vegetables and meats such as beef, pork and lamb.

Check out artisanal bakers and makers, fresh roasted coffee and delicious fare for breakfast or lunch.

It’s a friendly and welcoming place to get the most out of Saturday morning shopping.

The market runs from 9 am to 1pm every Saturday from Nov. 2 to May 3, at the Paddock Building at Grand River Raceway, 7445 Wellington Road 21, just west of Wellington Road 7 on the edge of Elora.
