Active Living and Retirement Show held at Fergus sportsplex
Active living – Seniors came out in droves to the Active Living and Retirement Show at the Fergus sportsplex on Feb. 24. Sponsored by the Victoria Park Seniors Centre, the show featured information on everything from fire protection to downsizing and traveling. While folks could walk around and collect free information about senior life, free seminars were being conducted during the day, including one on frauds and scams. Many older folks came out to see old friends and to chat.
