Safe Communities hosts video contest

Safe Communities Wellington County (SCWC) is inviting all Wellington County Youth to participate in a Distracted Driving Video Contest. Any county resident, 19 and under is invited to create and submit a video up to 60 seconds long explaining “what distracted driving means to you.”
