The Learning Disabilities Association of Wellington County is offering Tech Tools for Learning, a free workshop facilitated by Janet Ragan.
The workshop is on Jan. 21 from 11:30am to 1pm at Second Chance Youth Resource Centre in the Stone Road Mall in Guelph.
Officials say Ragan uses technology to improve students’ literacy, time-management and organizational skills, which helps them develop confidence and improve their chances for success.
Ragan has almost 10 years of experience as a teacher and as an educational technology consultant. She has received specific training and experience working with English as a Second Language students and individuals with challenges.
