Teach kids how to avoid flu

Everyone over the age of six months should get a flu vaccine every year to protect against the flu.

The flu can cause serious problems that could lead to hospitalization, or even death. It can spread easily from coughing or sneezing, and by touching commonly shared objects (e.g., door knobs, light switches, toys, mobile devices).  Talk to your children about practicing good habits to prevent the flu and avoid spreading it.
