This year’s conference features an impressive line-up of speakers and information that is practical and useful in order to grow real estate knowledge and wealth.

Ideas regarding how to secure an affordable and prosperous future for the area will be discussed, as well as insight into how Guelph can sustain its strong real estate market.

The speakers at the conference will be Peter Cartwright who will be focusing on attracting new businesses and jobs to the city, as well as giving input on developmental policies and growth nodes.

Cartwright will also discuss the areas designated for higher density housing and the progress of this development.

Erica McLerie (CMHC) who will provide insight into the local economy through research conducted by CMHC. She will also review national and regional housing trends, economic and housing information for Guelph and how these trends impact the local economy.

Chris Bisson (The Mortgage Centre) will highlight details about the leading indicators that are used to predict rates and where they are heading in the near future.
