North Wellington Heath Care (NWHC) has changed a section of hospital bylaws in regard to nominations for positions on the NWHC board of directors.
“It has been a challenge to find the dedicated volunteers desired from within the corporation’s catchment areas,” explains Jerome Quenneville, NWHC president and CEO.
“The board amended the hospital bylaws to adjust the board expectations for recruiting members from each catchment area in order to help fill the positions. Louise Marshall Hospital and Palmerston and District Hospital (PDH) will continue to have a balanced base representation with two directors-at-large. The total elected directors will remain at 12.”
