Councillors here have approved the site plan for the new Hillsburgh booster pumping station following a report presented by planner Sally Stull on Aug. 13.
Council approved the site plan submitted by Gamsby Mannerow on behalf of the Town of Erin, as it relates to development of the booster pumping station at 10 Mill Street.
The town of Erin is constructing a booster pumping station within Victoria Park in Hillsburgh – in the northwest corner of the park adjacent to Church Street.
The proposed booster station will improve municipal water supply to the village of Hillsburgh.
