Over $2,000 worth of mice stolen from Guelph store

GUELPH – The Guelph Police Service is investigating after 12 computer mice, valued at about $2,075, were stolen from a business on Stone Road West. 

Police say that on June 30th at about 4pm a male and female entered the business and proceeded to the mice aisle, where a tool was used to open a storage case. 

“The parties proceeded to conceal the products in a bag and on their persons, before exiting the business,” police stated in a press release. 

The suspects are described as:

– male, 5’9” to 6’1” with a medium build and short black hair, aged 35 to 40; and

– female, 5’4” to 5’6” with a medium build and long dark hair, aged 30 to 35.

“It was also reported that the two involved have been reported in neighbouring cities, committing thefts at the same businesses,” police stated.
