The Fergus Truck Show has been named one of the Top 100 Ontario Festivals.
This is the fourth year in a row the Truck Show has been named one of the top 100 festivals, and the fifth time overall.
The announcement took place at the Ontario Festivals and Events Annual Conference held in London from Feb. 20 to 23.

“It is once again such an honour to receive this recognition,” said Fergus Truck Show Chief Operations Officer Wayne Billings.
“On behalf of the Board of Directors, we are extremely pleased the Fergus Truck Show was selected a 2008 Top 100 Event.”
Billings went on to state, “this prestigious recognition is the direct result of the devotion and dedication of so very many people: co-sponsors, event sponsors, sponsors, Trade Show and Show and Shine participants; truck pullers, and the spectators.
“Special acknowledgment and appreciation must be extended to the Fergus Truck Show Board of Directors and staff, and the service groups and individuals that volunteer at the show.”
The tremendous support of everyone involved has allowed the Fergus Truck Show to grow into the leading family entertainment and trucking event in North America.
